Their words were always coated in fright and naivety, which is a testament to how many people haven’t come to terms with the phenomenon of the “Chatbot” technology that is powered by AI. The chatbot has changed how companies communicate with their customers, aiding the 24/7 availability of real-time solutions, automated processes, and much more.
